United Brokers Group LLC Joined by Dale Dejoy
Robert A. Flynn, Managing Partner, of United Brokers Group LLC (UBG) announced that Dale DeJoy has joined the firm. Dale is a seasoned executive within the commercial and residential real estate market. He created and executed complex sales strategies and business plans by incorporating business development and marketing techniques targeting multi-million dollar deals that position him well for the merger and acquisition operations at UBG
Major business accomplishments include:
Strategy to construct a $150 million dollar hotel with indoor waterpark in West Warwick, RI. Estimated completion is October 2012.
Acquired and renovated the Commodore Hotel, Linden, TN
Commercial / Residential Real Estate Developments and Subdivisions
Developed EG Arts (Center for the arts)
Co-manages Exchange Properties LLC, which acquires and renovates commercial buildings and residential homes
President and Founder MORTGAGE PROS, INC, East Greenwich, Rhode Island since 1995. Nationally recognized mortgage corporation servicing residential and commercial mortgage loans.
Mortgage origination annually exceeding over $120 million dollars. Developed and managed a team loan of officers and support staff totaling over 100 people. Facilitated and opened two branch offices (hired, trained and directed the management of these branches as well as the home office).
Simultaneously during this period Meller Optics, Providence, RI in 2008-2009 served as Special Projects Coordinator. Mellor Optics is a manufacturer of high quality precision optics for military, industrial, medical and laser use.
Dale is a Cum Laude Graduate of Berklee College of Music, Boston, Massachusetts.
