She is a long time sales professional in real estate & development. A graduate of the University of Miami with an interim year in Florence, Italy she is a natural advocate for real estate and business. Beginning her career in Savannah, Georgia as a builder / developer she has expanded her expertise to the New England area becoming a resident of Westerly, Rhode Island in the late 80’s.  As a real estate consultant identifying properties for development, arranging private equity financing, supervision and management of construction are all areas which Nancy has been very actively involved.

She is a former partner / owner of a manufacturing business and is now a sales associate with Randall Realtors who just acquired Kinlin Grover of Massachusetts. The two companies now serve New England from Connecticut to Cape Cod with 18 locations. She is very active in local & state politics, a former elected member of the Westerly Town Council she is currently 1^st Vice Chairman of the Rhode Island Republican Party.

Nancy is also a Member of the Board of Directors of the Rhode Island Statewide Coalition (RISC).  The RISC mission is to address quality of life issues affecting Rhode Island residents such as sound government, ethics and conflicts of interest, taxation and fiscal accountability, planning and development, land use, the environment, voting rights, and Rhode Island related matters.

Currently she is a member of the National Association of Realtors & the Kent Washington Board of Realtors.
